Electrician Shift Maintenance NOES

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Basics:
- High School Diploma/General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- At least 2 years of previous electrical maintenance experience
- Strong electrical knowledge in an industrial environment
- Maintenance, repair, and/or service experience
- Schematic/Print Reading Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Teams, Word)
The Extras:
- Accredited vocational or technical program in an industrial setting desired
- Maintenance experience in Steel industry preferred
- SAP experience preferred

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Responsible for the overall electrical, and in some cases also mechanical, maintenance by performing required scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and troubleshooting
- Supports the coordinator, leads, senior maintenance technicians, and process coordinators in fulfilling their tasks
- Analysis, trouble shooting, solving and reporting of problems and failures
- Support development of improvement programs
- Ensure proper safety, environmental, quality and housekeeping responsibilities are maintained
- Supports the mechanical colleagues in failure investigation
- Takeover and fulfilling of maintenance work orders on a scheduled and unscheduled basis
- Orders spare parts from the spare part warehouse
- Ensures proper turnover with on-coming and off-going crew during shift change
- Cooperating with other maintenance departments
- Demonstrates the company values of Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Relationships, and Sustainability

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Industrial setting in NOES
- Gulf coast region in Calvert, AL
- Must be willing to work Rotating 12-hour shifts to include days, nights, weekends, and holidays
