DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The Project Management Analyst will identify and develop actions to improve processes and methods for tracking performance of Project Management transitions to support the business goals of AM/NS Calvert.
The Basics:
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields preferred: Business Administration or Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems/Information Technology or equivalency of education and experience in similar position
- Solid understanding of manufacturing product flow, data flow, manufacturing constraints and objectives in the order life cycle
- Working knowledge of statistical processes and analysis, and root cause failure analysis
- Working knowledge of commercial and manufacturing computer systems and processes with a strong emphasis on project management and accounting processes
- Inventory, planning, operations research, and project management experience
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Intermediate to proficient skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The Extras:
- Project management experience in an industrial manufacturing or steel industry setting a plus
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management environment

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Monitor, identify, and develop actions to improve the performance of Project Management processes
- Analyze data outputs to formulate conclusions and present findings utilizing Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Act as communication liaison with project team members and stakeholds to facilitate project flow
- Track, manage, and report on project financial and scheduling statuses
- Work with the project managers to develop proposals, reports, as well as presentations for monthly update meetings
- Gather and analyze data required to support Project Management-related processes and projects from multiple systems, utilizing available tools to automate reporting when possible
- Update and maintain process maps, procedures, and other documents, and assist with monitoring internal compliance, as required

- Days, Monday to Friday with extended hours as required due to periods of peak workloads
