ArcelorMittal Dofasco – Information Technology Services Department

IT Service Management Administrator

 

The IT Service Management Team (ITSM) team supports ArcelorMittal Dofasco clients as well as ArcelorMittal business units in Americas.  The successful applicant will have computer skills related to ITSM/ITIL processes, and Microsoft core technologies.  Experience with the ServiceNow software platform an asset.

 

Major Responsibilities:

 

ITSM administration dealing with general support, administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform for ArcelorMittal business unitsCustomizing user interface, keeping versions up to date, configuration of applications and modules, managing security and user access, monitoring the system performance and doing regular health checks, managing workflows, UI policies, UI actions, etc.

 

In addition, responsibilities include the support of the ITIL processes and ITIL Service Lifecycle.  Supporting Change Management, Configuration Management, Contract/License Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Release Management.

 

Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in an Information Systems discipline
  • 3-5 years of Information Technology experience
  • Working experience with ServiceNow an asset, Active Directory, Microsoft O365, ITIL Processes

Work Environment: 

 

  • Standard Office Environment.

 

Hours of Work:

 

  • Standard Monday to Friday office hours
  • Occasional extended, paid hours as required to meet project deadlines, peak workloads, or production issues
  • 24x7 on-call rotation may be required
