  • Improve system reliability through disciplined incident/problem management, root-cause analysis, and prevention of repeat failures.
  • Coordinate vendors and internal teams through implementation, testing, commissioning support, and stabilization.

  • Contribute to team capability building through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical familiarity with manufacturing/OT environments (e.g., industrial automation concepts, data collection, historians, databases, interfaces).
  • A solid foundation in software development is needed to be effective in this role, although advanced development is not the primary focus (e.g., scripting, SQL, configuration, basic coding).

Work Environment:

  • Office and industrial setting in production areas when necessary.

Work Expectations:

  • Days, Monday–Friday with extended hours to cover project deadlines and peak workloads as required.
