About ArcelorMittal

ArcelorMittal is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative with the Commercial Auto office. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing a group of customer accounts within a market segment by supporting a broad range of customer service and internal administrative needs in support of department goals.

Job Duties:

• Solicit and accept orders to meet a sales plan or forecast as directed by management.
• Perform SAP Related activities Order Creation, Order Entry, Order Management, Material creation, Material maintenance, Billings  
• Monitor customer shipping performance and communicate need for elevated actions internally and externally as required.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and take appropriate actions.
• Exchange information and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer order issues.
• Gather, document, and communicate relevant customer business issues.                          
• Proactively identify and effectively address all customer needs.                                          
• Fills orders by transferring orders to fulfillment, communicating expected delivery date, and explaining stock-outs.
• Develops accounts by checking customer’s buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical features.
• Maintains communication equipment by troubleshooting, reporting, and tracking problems.
• Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
• Provide Commercial expertise to cross-functional teams as required.
• General knowledge of company’s operations, products and processes is an asset.

Minimum Requirements:

• College Diploma or equivalent / University Degree in Business, Engineering.
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Business experience is required.
• General knowledge of business drivers and fundamentals is required.
• SAP Knowledge (Sales & Distribution, Material Management, Billings Module)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Intermediate personal computer, standard corporate software applications and applicable systems skills are required.
• Spanish/English language required
