ArcelorMittal is looking to recruit and hire the best future leaders in Finance as ArcelorMittal continues to grow. There is an immediate opportunity for an Analyst position within ArcelorMittal North America financial shared services.

The Finance Analyst will manage the finance activities in an assigned account group area.

Additional responsibilities for the position include the following:

Essential Functions:

• Drive team and corporate results including but not limited to the following areas: DSO, aging currency, cash flow, and bad debt write offs.

• Handle an AR base up to $200M for our joint-venture AM/NS Calvert LLC.

• Maintain a strong degree of contact with external customers and internal stakeholders (especially Sales, Customer Service, and Product Control).

• Complete detailed financial statement analysis, credit program write-ups, customer field visits, and regulating customer master file.

• Lead collection improvement initiatives on major delinquencies

• Participate in industry credit groups.

• Work on various financing initiatives and provide support for the Group especially assignments related to the financial shared services function for ArcelorMittal North America

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or no degree and 10 years of related experience in a customer-facing, analytical capacity with a willingness to advance further.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics

• 0 - 2 years of work or internship experience

• Strong computer skills

• Excellent communication abilities
